Microwave Potato Chips – Really!
These were soooo good!
I browse a lot of blogs and I don’t really remember how I stumbled upon this post by Alice over at “Savory Sweet Life” but I am glad I found it! Who knew you could make crispy potato chips in the microwave?
I had to give it a try because it is super simple! They really are crispy and delicious!! My son and husband both loved them. As you can see in my picture, I nuked some of them a bit too long, but they were still good. Every last one of the chips were eaten up!
