Turkey Carving 101

 

It’s only 15 days until Thanksgiving! Many of you will be preparing the traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. Yummy!

We always roast a turkey each year and I never really gave much thought to how we carve the turkey. We just do it! But last month I was reading my Woman’s Day magazine and they had tutorial on the proper way to carve a turkey!

This year I want to try to serve a properly carved bird for our Thanksgiving dinner! I have to say that a properly carved turkey sure looks better than what we throw on our platter. he he! I have watched the video lesson on the site and it looks easy enough. We’ll see….
